This hands-on practical course in Montreal is perfect for anyone looking to make the most of their Summer. You'll learn everything you need to know to have your own hives!
What to expect:
- Getting comfortable being around bees.
- Learn all types of beekeeping methods for all levels of commitment
- Learn about different hive types and natural beekeeping
- Learn regulations, treatments, feeding, and management throughout the season
- Lifetime access to free and practical continued education
- Honey and Propolis tastings
- Refreshments served at practical sessions
- Small group sizes for individual attention (max 15 students)
- The course will be primarily offered in English.
What you will get:
- One (1) course book to follow along the theory sessions
- One (1) theory sessions of a full day 9-3
- One (1) Practical session with the bees of 6 hours
- Total for 12.5 hours
- Lifetime access to continued education
- Optional Access to: Fall management & Honey extraction course at a reduced rate.

Important Information:
The course content is not suitable for persons under 16 years old. Participants younger than 18 years old need to be accompanied by the participating parent, or legal guardian. People allergic to bee stings should not take this course. Not for people with limited mobility
